If anyone has a simpler solution please let me know, otherwise I'll ad these filters to my blank template file. So far the only solution I've found is to us the Midi Channel Map plugin RE: MIDI Channel Control - Multi-Channel VST - PaulF707 - 12-26-2017 The settings seem to work for manual Midi entry (these go to the correct channel, and output to the correct channel in SampleTank).Īre these settings meant to work for live Midi input - or do I need to look at either changing the midi channel on the keyboard (which is a bit of a pain) - or perhaps add in a midi filter to each track to convert the midi? When I enable midi input from my USB keyboard (iRig37) - any midi notes played trigger channel 1 in SampleTank (regardless of the Midi Channel Control setting). I have also tried setting playback to 'Use a single fixed channel for all playback' - set to Channel 2 (or any other channel). I have tried setting inbound to both 'Record all channels' and 'Force all channels to 1 channel' - set to Channel 2 (or any other channel) I assume the 'Midi Channel Control' should allow me to force midi traffic to specific Midi Channels - but I can't get it to work how I expect? I have 16 Midi tracks that all have their output set to the Midi Bus. I have inserted SampleTank VST into a Midi Bus. MIDI Channel Control - Multi-Channel VST - PaulF707 - 12-17-2017
